X*7: Spalnhower, who was reloaded from the State prison Saturday on a writ of habeas corpus granted by 'Judge Armstrong of the Third District court, ana immediately arrested on a charge of burglary in the second degree, was taken before Judge Whittaker of the City court Monday morning and ordered released on bonds of 3300. The bondsmen are Jesse S. Taylor, former Mayor of Payson, and laaac Hansen, City Councilman of Payson. Bpalnhower left for his home at Payson last evening and will remain there until the time for his preliminary hearing, which will be agreed upon by County Attorney Christensen and Attorney Stott of Eureka, who is defending Spainhower.
