His counsel moved to quash the indictment on the ground that it did not sufficiently allege the offence described, ami at the request of the government the case was continued. John CL Nichols, who was indicted as an accessory, pleaded guilty. John Hersey and John Kolcher, for larceny in a builoing, were sent to the Mai* Trison for « bree years each.Thomas Cochran, for cruelty to animals, was lined $8 and costs. Hattie Bav was tried for the larceny ol clothing, and the jury disagreed. Anna Donaldson, lor fornication, was lined $20. The court adjourned to TuesdayMLV1C1PAL tOURTS-Jflne \H.
