Two Appear InMunicipal CourtitTwo persons arrested here Wednesday have made appearances in Municipal Court.Danny Van Buskirk, 706 W. Fourth, pleaded innocent to a burglary charge and was granted a preliminary hearing set for June 26. He is jailed in lieu of $1,000 bond. Police now say a juvenile, Dennis Cottrell, was also involved in the break-in at Woody’s Boat Club with t Van Buskirk and he is turned r over to juvenile authorities.William H. Thrasher, 354 N.
