Murder charge sought against mental patientSheriff's deputies lodav planned to ask a murder romplaint against a 73-year-old mental patient who. they said, shot to death a fellow patient Sunday in a La Puente convalescent home.Deputies said that Joseph Car-moush went to his room. got a World War II vintage Japanese' army rtfle and shot 363-pound Gilbert Koath through the heart at the home at 16 622 W eg man Drive.The men had been arguing over the loudness of a television set prior to the shooting, witnesses said Koath. «. was pronounced dead at the sceneDeputies had to physically subdue Carmoush when the operator of the home.
