Wyzanski Jr. imposed maximum live-year pris on terms in U.S. District Court Friday on two men who had pleaded guilty to charges of interstate Iranspor tat ion of firearms.The defendants, Arthur J. Melanson, 23, formerly ol Lynn, and Forrest D. Cotner, 34, of the Roabury section of Boston, were charged with transporting hand guns from Kittery, Maine, to Saugus, Mass..Melanson now is serving a 10-fo-12 - year term at Massachusetts stale prison for attempted murder of a Saugus policeman, j He was sentenced last month in** Essex County Superior Court. |Judge Wyzanski ordered Mcl-j* aoson to begin serving the five-year federal sentence when he finishes his state term. — (
