Winstead here yesterday on a charge of performing anabortion.The judge also permitted Mrs. 1 roud’s release under $5000 bond pending her appeal to a highercourt.Milo Axelesen, Nampa attorney, counsel for Mrs. Proud immediately filed notice of appeal to the state supreme court after a defense motion for an arrest of | judgment and a motion for a new trial were denied by Judge Win-* stead.Mrs. Proud was found guilty by a 12-man jury last Wednesday on the charge. Sentencing was withheld until Monday.BLANKS MUST HE SENT
