According to police, Campbell was driving a car with lights and police stickers owned by Paul andMaryAnneEdelman of Pittsburgh. Campbell was installing a lighting system to the car and had permission from Paul Edel-man only to drive the car to and from where he picked the car up.Campbell also allegedly approached a group of youths and told them to go home because it was past curfew.Police charged Campbell with impersonating a public servant, furnishingpolice with false identification, unauthorized use of an automobile, harassment and a traffic violation.DUIennnenv
