Father Sues for $45,000 in Son's AsphxyiationThe father of a man who died of carbon monoxide poisoning at a local motel sued the motel Friday for $45,000.Edwin Breitman of Los Alamitos,Calif., brought the action on behalf of his deceased son, Michael, against The Casa Motel.Breitman said his son died while residing at the motel Dec. 22, 1978.
