Stai, 36, has been ordered returned to the Minne-St.sota Security Hospital at Peter after being found innocent by reason of insanity in a slaying five years ago.Stai, 36, had been charged with third degree murder in the death July 29, 1961 of Sigurd Lutness, 64, of Garden Township in Polk County.Lutness’ body was found at avacant farm near Winger, about 30 miles southwest of Crookston.
