Staff WriterBreaking and entering, grand larceny, theft and vandalism were reported to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department this weekend.According to a department report, a checkbook, a guitar and stereo tapes belonging to Gary Romano of 1225 Castlewdod Lane, Bluefield, were taken Saturday between 7:30 p.m. and U:30 p.m. Romano and David Countess, lifeguards at Claytor Lake, told police they gave two youths a ride from the state park to 1-81 at approximately 7:30 Saturday. After returning to the park, Romano noticed at approximately 11:30 p.m. that the keys to the lifeguard’s shack, his checkbook and 3 stereo tapes were missing from his car. Romano and the park superintendent then went to the lifeguard’s ^hack apd discovered a l2-string guitar, valued at $600 and its black case missing. Romano provided police with a possible identification of one of the suspects who rode in his car.
