County CourtsCASE DISMISSED A lawsuit filed by Michael R.Tanner, Zanesville, against Stella Virginia Souders, Logan, has been dismissed on application of the parties at plaintiff’s cost. A writ of attachment served on the Farmers Merchants Bank was dismissed and released, and the bank was ordered to deliver to Chris Veidt, plaintiff’s attorney, $750.80 from the proceeds of a $3,000 check drawn on the bank by Homer Goss, to order of the defendant with the balance to be delivered to the defendant. The plaintiff had asked judgment of $2,500 and costs allegedly due on an account whereby the plaintiff had represented the defendant in a paternity proceeding.
