Held For* Manslaughter.Dubuque, June 14 Henry Schultz, driver of the automobile in which Frank Biaanz lost his life early Sunday morning when it struck a telephone pole, while returning from a Wisconsin resort, has been held to answer to a charge of manslaughter.Schultz and Bisanz had spent the night in Wisconsin with two women and were returning when the fatal mishap occurred.
