Judge Maxwell, of Millersburg, who was the trial judge in the case of the state against Harry Gliek convicted of arson, on Tuesday heard the motion for new trial. Benton G. Hay appeared for the prisoner. Prosecutor Carlin forthe state. Judge Maxwell overruled j• *the motion and sentenced Gliek to 5 years in the penitentiary at hard labor.
