DEOWNEDWilliam Halpin Mat with Death While OutFrog Hunting.William Hal pi a, of Allegheny, was drowned in the Oonemaugh river, near Tannelton on Friday evening while ont with a party on a frog bunting expedition.' His remains were taken to his late home on Saturday morning.Halpin and four companions came op from Allegheny on Friday morning to engage in Ashing, and while ont wading in the river Halpin got into a deep hole, and being onabie to swim was drowned.
