—On the affidavit of D.O. Spencer Mrs. Amanda McCauseland was arrested an Saturday, on the charge of kidnapping two of Mr. Bpenoer’g children. The case was tried before Mayor Dodds on Monday and the evidence showa that two children were sent one to Iowa and the other to Illinois, bat the defendant claimed legal custody of the children, and she was acquitted.
