Reginald Pritchard, member of • the board of public works, whoiwas given a hearing on charges of converting an automobile tire and eeverul carloads of tnral, the property of the city, for his own use. 1 Those voting in favor of di -missal were Councilnien Albury, Cleare, Freeman, Johnson, Warren and Sawyer, with Councilman Thompson in opposition to the! motion.City Attorney J. Lancelot Les ter acted for the city, whileIPritchard was represented by At* Itorney George G. Brooks.The witnesses for the city weie George Lowe, Luis Peliicier.
