CORNER STONE HANDLEY SCHOOLLAID YESTERDAY■ o-WINCHESTER, Ya, 13.—Marked by the solmenltj of Masonic ceremony which followed the ancient j rites and customs of Free Mason ary, the laving or the corner stone of the Handley Schools by officers of the grand lodge of Vig’*na today attracted hundreds of people of this vicinity to the site of the new institution, i Mavor Glass proclaimed the event a public holiday and the ceremony was witnessed by one of the largest_crowds ever assemoled here on a similar occasion. James H- Price, of Richmond, grand master of Masons in Virginia, had charge of the ceremony being assisted by other Grand Hodge officers The local lodge ana representatives from Masonic bodies throughout Virginia and West Virginia participated in the exercises, which were featured by a parade of Masons, Handley trustees, school officials. city officials and the Handley student body— ■
