M. Rchdk, as United States Indian agent of the Sac and Fox Indians, and Claus H. Tode, as sheriff of Tama County, In which the plaintiff asks judgment for $10,000 for false arrest and Imprisonment. It is understood that other suits will he commenced hy various members of the tribe who claim to have grievances against Relink, Tode and others, among them Ta-Ta-Pi-Chco and l.elah-Pnc-Ktt-Chee, husband and wife, who recently won in their appeal to the federal court for a writ of habeas corpus, releasing the latter from the control of Agent Kebok and Superintendent Mai in.
