THE BARBER BROTHERS.The Murderers of Mario.1 Shepherd in Bremer County.Captured After a Desperate Encounter and Mortally Wounding of tiro Men.The following dispatches give au account of the pursuit and tlnal capture of Isaac and William Barber, th*.* murderers of Marion Shep herd, of Fayette, in a school house near Sumner, in Bremer c ranty.PcMMF.it June 5.—A report reached Sumner at •'] P. M. Sunday that the Barber Bros, were seen in a so bool-house three miles north of Summer. A. H. Jarvis. Deputv Sheriff of Bremer county, with six rneir started after them. When near the school-housc the party separated. The Barbers were soon seen bv some of the party and fired at. They ran south and were met by Jarvis, when th*- boys com intneed shooting at Jarvis and Lit Jarvis on the shoulder, and the Barbers escaped. Sheriff Fair, of West Cm m, was here Monday with jne hundred men. and they are trying to capture them.
