TO BRING ALSHEIMER BACK FOR NEW TRIALSHERIFF HENRY IRELAND GOESTO WAUPUN FOR ALLEGEDASSAILANT AND COMPANION—- ■■ ■■■■■Sheriff Henry Ireland left this afternoon for Waupun to get Joseph A1 sheimer and Herman Kronenberg, convicted in March of an assault on Albeit Wendt and who are to be givena new li nil by ord*r of the supremecourt.The men will be brought' back to th« county Jail to await a second trial. Attorney K T, Hlver, the prisoners* lawyer, said today Mutt the action would not come to trial for some little time.Ttestirnony at the first trial was to the effect that the two men* attacked Wendt on the platform of the Illinois Central depot shortly after midnight on the morning of Februaiy 25. It was alleged that they followed him from a nearby restaurant where he had displayed a roil of money.I AtAi
