DISAGREEMENT THE O’BRIEN CASEJURY DISCHARGED AT 3:30 THISAFTERNOONDIVIDED ON DOCTOR’S GUILTMajority Were in Favor of Acquataland Judge Discharged theJurorsVIROQUA, Wis., June 13.—(Special.)—3:45 p. m.—At 3:30 Judge Fruit discharged the O’Brien jury,they having faiied to agree on a verdict.VIROQUA, Wis., June 13.—(Special.)—The O'Brien jury is said to be hopelessly divided and it is generally believed about the court that the jurors will report a disagreement this evening and be discharged.Dr. O’Brien was tried for performing a criminal operation upon Miss Anna Olson of Viroqua, who later died.
