Rich East High Graduates 329Rich East high school graduated 329 students Monday night in the school's 21st commencement exercises.Graduating senior Steve Grady delivered the key address.Senior class president Mike Kent introduced the class of 1975 and gave a brief summary of the class’ accomplishments.Class secretary Chris Magner gave the invocation and class vice president Jo Linda Cull introduced Steve Grady.THE EPILOGUE was presented by class treasurer Janice Carson. Payne, a sculptor, painter and printmaker, is a former resident of Madison, Wis., where he received an MS degree in painting and graphics and an MFA in sculpture research at the University of Wisconsin.
