Nussell and Merkel. Yesterday the husband was so worked up oyer the matter that he threatened to shoot the doetor if he caught sight of him. He has applied to District Attorney Bowe for a warrant for the arrest of Drs. Nussle and Merkel, which may be served Monday.Yesterday’s testimony was taken before th^coroner’s jury in the case in the municipal court. The first witness put on the stand was Lester Dallas, husband of the deceased, who stated that, he was married June 29, 1891, and that she was, at the time of her death, 19 years and five mouths old. He gave a full and minute de scription of her sickness, which first began six weeks ago.The first physician called was Dr. Riddell, who gave her medicine to cure vomiting and after that had nottheir oaths do say that said Maicame to her death ou Monda Jane 6,1891, by reason of a surgic operation performed ou her June 1991, by Drs. Nussle and Merkel, ii competent surgeons, and that hi death was caused by their incomp tency.
