FINOSScreams and Man Leaps Through Window—Leaves Coat, Hat and Shoes,Taking off bis hatf coat and shoos a voting man giving his name as Entil Baez, is alleged to have cautiouslyopened a window of the home of Ela* rio Diaz, 1219 8outh Comal street, at 2:30 o’clock this morning* The 18 year-old daughter of the owner of the house was aroused from her slumber and discovering some one at her bed scream ed at the top of her voice and eon tin tted to do so until her father and other relatives came to her rescue.Frightened, the intruder leaped through the window and ran. Police headquarters wan notified and Mount ed Patrolman Wahrmund detailed on the call. The hat, coat and shoes were identified as belonging to Emil Baez, several papers bearing his name being found in the coat agd he was iater arrested at his home by the policeman* A minor charge was lodged against him at police headquarters, but this case was continued by .fudge Buckley in the police court today, the father of the girl announcing that he desired to file charges against the prisoner in thejustice court. ^
