FIVE CARS DAMAGEDWhen the car of Alva E. Rutter driven by William Warren of Circle Hill struck a line of cars parked in front of the Hunter Street Lutheran churchSunday evening, the new Ford car in the end, belonging to Orville Appleman was almost totally wrecked. When his car was struck it forced the machines in front one against the other anti the cars of Curtis Cole and Denzil Weltner, city and Frank Struble of Hayden-ville were damaged also.When arraigned before May or Rochester, Monday ,Rutter was ordered to settle, all damages and Warren was fined $25 and costs.
