Dark, the ex-constable of; this township,- had made a death-rbed confession that he was the guilty party who murdered Mrs. Loomliler and niece. ’No w the fact of the case is, Mr. Dark lias made: no confession and has none to make, nor is he on his death bed. ; Mr. Dark is sufTeririg with a'cancer on his right arin but.it docs not give him much trouble, yet, he will soon -submit to anoperation.
