SOLDIER CUT;FOUR BOOKEDAccording to police records, Private Luke N. Horn, 24-year-old Negro soldier, is at the Reno Army Air Base hospital recovering from cuts on his forehead, cheek and chin, and four other people are booked on charges of inciting a riot, following a disturbance which took place in Douglas Alley at 9:30 Monday evening.Booked in connection with the affair are Clara Jorgensen, 34-year-old white woman, of Reno, who is charged with violation of section 8, of ordinance 45, which includes vagrancy and prostitution; Pvt. Rufus Gardner, and Pvt. George Mennis, of the Sierra Ordnance depot, and Harry Hicks, 41, Negro civil-an, of Reno.Horn, who is also connected with the Sierra Depot, is to be returned to the police station here as a material witness, as soon as he recovers sufficiently.mithiciillWi
