HITS ATTORNEY ON CHIN*Mrs. W. 0. Nelson Strikes HenryAsher After ArgumentA dozen persons standing in the hall outside of district court this SLfternoon witnessed an altercation between Mrs. YV. O. Nelson and Henry Asher which culminated when Mrs. Nelson struck Asher on the chin.Witnesses said that the altercation started with a conversation relative to Mr. Asher's naming Mrs. Nelson as one person who “lobbied” against him during the recent purported test case when C. R. Green was on trial for sale of some of the 3.2 per cent beer.When Mrs. Nelson made a ref-ertnce to eye glasses worn by Mr. Asher he removed them. The blow to Mr. Asher’s chin followed Immediately upon the removal of hisglasses. Mrs. Nelson left the court ouse following the altercation.Mr. Asher conferred with County Attorney R. B. Stevens and later said that ha was “snPArhless ”
