Judge Mullon, in his charge to the Grand Jury yesterday, commended the matterto their particular attention, and it is to bo hoped that they will be able to. aid in checking outrages so discreditable to a civilized community. The authorities of the village hare succeeded in arresting and bringing to punishment some of the offenders, and know of more who will have to answer in due time.
