Tulsa Child's Body Found; Youth HeldTULSA, Okla iAPi - The body of 3-year-old Craig Nealhas been found under a house across the street from where he disappeared Monday.The boy’s mother was to be asked for verification on identification although police have said there was virtually no doubt it was that of Neal.The body was wrapped m a plastic bag and then was placed in a box under the house,Police were holding a 15-year-old youth They said he w as a suspect in a similar slaying Oct. 31, 1972, in which a 4-year-old girl was found strangled under her residence Police said the suspect had been sent to an institution for children in Norman after the slaying.Detective Martin Vann discovered Thursday mght that the 15-year-old had been released from the institution recently for a visit home.Vann also learned the sarneyouth was visiting relativeswho live near the Neal homeAs many as 500 persons searched two days for the child. But it was called off as police believed he had met with foul play.His father, Ronnie Neal, offered a $1,000 reward. The boy had been living with his fatherSee CHILD on page 3
