So on Monday, June 5, I delivered some coal, in a county truck, at the direction of Dave Taylor, and while doing so X went and saw Jim Jones at the Home Cabin camp where he lived In one of the cabins. X told him that the sheriff had found my fingerprints on the vault door, and that X was leaving, anlt;j 1 wanted the money,“He said, 'W«U, it will not b« a good idea to give it all to you, because if you are caught you will be out all of that money, take Just a few dollar* to eat 0% and wbm you gal far enough away, write to me, and I wiU send it to you.'“I said. 'All right,' and he gave me five dollars, and 1 left. X then drovethe truck over near the Presbyterian church, where I saw a Packard sedan standing in front of the church, and got Into this sedan and drove to Pocatello, where X was arrested, and taken to the city jail.“Sheriff Meppen.
