Jerseyville, was released on jbond Wednesday after he was| arrested at 8:30 a.m. in charges of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.The complaints were filed by George N. Thomas, DeSherlia’s father-in-law. |DeSherlia’s wife, Theresa, and their small child are staying at the Thomas home, sheriff’s deputies said.DeSherlia was arrested here May 18, charged with battery, and released on $1,000 bond The complaint was filed by his wife.Fridav, the Jerseyvilie manwas arrested on charges of theft and burglary from the trailer home of Mrs. Ok Cha Plummer, the victim of an automobile accident last month.
