Murder And Suicide Ruled By JusticeFort Worth (UP!) — Mrs. James B. Tribble, 22, was shot to death Sunday by her estranged husband, who then turned the .22 caliber pistol on himself and committed suicide.Justice of the Peace Whit Boyd ruled the deaths murder and suicide.Mrs. Tribble was dead on arrival at Peter Smith Hospital, where just three months ago she gave birth to twin sons.She was shot four times.Tribble, 23, died with a bullet wound in the center of his foreheadThe shooting occurred at the two-story home of Mrs. Tribble's mother, Mrs. Lorena Simons, 56.She said the pair's death ended a stormy marriage of three years.“She’d left him three times;” Mrs. Simons told Detective A. C. Howerton. The couple's most recent separation came last Thursday, she said.
