Circuit Court at Howard.Howard. S. IX. June 4.—Circuit courtset here laat Tueaday, Judge Whiting, of DeSmet, presiding. The case1 of the •tate vs. Henry Krantz was tried and Mr. Krants was acquitted. The charge was murder, the court advised the Jury to bring In a verdict of not guilty as there was not evidence sufficient to sustain % verdict of guilty.
