About fifty members are here already, and one hundred more are expected. They willjoin in a grand banquet on Thursday evening, Maine Law action is anticipated.The Garden City Fire Works Manufactory, Nos. 93 and 95 Bremen street,, were burned to the ground this morning. Some Roman candles were accidentally fired, and the result w»3 a terrific explosion, blowing the building to atoms. This was followed by the complete burning down of some half dozen dwellings, and severe injury to several people, though none were killed. The foreman, James Wafd, was thrown several yards by the force of the explosion. The total loss was about $1(^500.
