Eskar Phillips, 27. cf ncnr Pound, son-mduw of Sin nicy, was arrested today at his home and charged with suspicion of murder. He is being held In the county jail here pending further investigation and a hearing before the county trial Justice. Hose said.The sheriff said Phillips denied any knowledge of the killing.’P. c.
