J. Peer, keeping places open on Sunday; Maude Grey, keeping houses ol ill fame ; Ruby Richards, keeping place open aud selling on Sunday. Three iudictments have been nollied by the prosecutor. They are: Ant one and On then no Kaiser, killing ‘a cow bv means of poison; William Seibert, shooting at with intent to wound, and John Benson, robbery.It is the intention of Sheriff Salisbury to get the jail all cleaned out in time to receive the prisoners he expects as a result of the liquor indictments. The sheriff said ho did not like to mix up that class of prisoners with thieves, pickpockets, murderers, [etc., and should prepare apartments in the upstairs portion of the jail bo they conid be by themselves.fTlregu
