Johnson Being Triedon Harder ChargeCourt for Having Killed aChinaman.the prosecution.L. C. From all appearances a new Two Carloads, One From the R venire will be called. i Pile and the Other FromFrom the testimony brought out at jIthe preliminary examination, Johnson and Yee Gong, the murdered chinaman, were employed at the Jack Kllis ranch about ten miles south of this city. At dinner time a dispute arose over the condition of the tea. Gong was fatally stabbed with a knife and Johnson stated that the cook had attacked him with two large butcher knives. He tried to disarm him and during the scuffle, Gong was stabbed. Johnson denies that he cut the chinaman or even attempted so to do.The particulars of the case are so well known to the general public that considerable trouble is being had in getting the jury. The witnesses to lieexamined are Dr. J. L. Carson, J. S.Ellis, Mrs. L. F Johndorn, CharlesKimberlinaMorgan, W. H.
