(UPI) — David Adkins of St. Albans u has been found competent to stand trial for first-degree murder in the death of his e former girlfriend’s 4-year-old d daughter.9 Kanawha County Circuit Jr Judge John Hey Thursday also j- postponed Adkins’ trial until v July 30, rather than June 10, to * allow attorneys for both sides toreview transcripts of the trial of *ii co-defendant Diana Welker.Defense attorney Robert10 Bland said he does not plan to ask that the trial be moved toh another county.
