Robinson, Norton Co., for $10,-000 damages for alleged injuries sustained at the defendants’ clothing fac-♦tory on State street December 28, 1897. She alleges that while in the employ of the firm she fell through an opening cutin the floor and sustained painful per-♦manent injuries and suffered great fright.
