(Spe cial)—Charles Rutlege, county coroner has filed a report of murder with tin county prosecutor in tlie inquest on tli body of Geraldine Stout, aged eigh years, who while riding in an aut yesterday with her parents. Dr. am Mrs. C. E. Stout, was struck and kill ed by. a bucket of corn hurled by A1 bert Thomas,% 45, a farmer, who b€ came enraged as he stepped aside othe country highway to allow the nu chine to pass. Feeling against Thoma Is so high tht he was takeh to Mui cie and will be removed from ther to Michigan City prison for safe keejing. The grand jury, it is expecte will indict him.
