Roup, it is alleged, drew out $3.00i) from a bank in Huntington ana tank a certificate of deposit for it in a Pomeroy bank. Ho owed Dr. Hermkoin %*M)t and gave him the certificate to get cashed and return him the balance.The Ravonswood bank rallied it and sont it on to Pomeroy, but received word that it was not negotiable, and, besides, the funds had been attached.
