He’s on administrative leave.”Dalzin declined to comment further.When reached at his rural Janesville home at 8:15 this morning. Brown said: “I have no comment at all.”John Negley, Whitewater School District administrator, defined administrative leave as “a determination by the administration that a person would be put on leave with pay.” Administrative leave “may be used for many different purposes,” he said.Negley declined to confirm, however, that Brown is on admin istrative leave.Negley said the school district Is investigating allegations against a teacher.
