Driver Given Two $50 FinesTULASKI — A Mexico youth was taken into custody by state police on three traffic violations after he had been stopped in the area on a routine traffic check by Troopers E. J. Mance and D. F, Ingraham.Duane Paul House, 20, of the Ridge Road was arraigned before Justice Marshall Minot. He pleaded guilty to chargesof being an unlicensed driver and driving an unregistered vehicle and was sentenced to pay a fine of $50 on each ofthe charges. He pleaded innocent to a charge of operating an uninsured vehicle.He was remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of the fines and was scheduled to reappear in justice court today.
