UHRICHSVILLE — Edward J.Butt, 22, of Dennison and Walter Brehm, 18, of Newport were arrested by police here early today following a theft of $17 of bake goods and a 5-gallon can of gasoline from Nickles Bakery at Rear 214 Dawson St. ; 1IPolice were called to the bak-ery by James Burroway, an employe, at 2:37. Burroway told police a nearby resident spotted someone taking things from abakery truck in the parking lot and called him.% •• • •'%He gave the police a description of the pair’s car and they found it parked at Butt’s home near the Dennison dump. They said all the bake goods were recovered except for some which the pair had eaten.Butt is a parolee' from Mansfield Reformatory where he was sentenced April 15, I960, along with a 19-year-old Gilmore youth, in connection with a Sept. 14, 1959, robbery at the home of L.* H. ( Harvey) Renneckar of RD 1, New Philadelphia.
