TWO BURGLARS CAUGHTIN TOILS OF THE LAW .Frit* Schultz, a waiter, was arrested early yesterday morning: by Policeman Fogarty and Special Policeman Dayton on a charge of burglary. Andrew Ratto, saloon keeper. Twentieth and Folsom streets, notified the policemen that he had seen two men leaving his place. Schultz was arrested, but his companion escaped. The prisoner was positively identified by Ratto. The burglars had stolen $10 from the cash register and two botles labeled whisky but containing vinegar. The bottleswere found in a varant Int.
