AN UGLY NAVARKE CASK-Navarre, May 2U.—Jacob Brenheiser, a farmer who resides near the Bisier school house, was arrested for assau^ and battery at the instance of his moth-er-in*law, Mrs. Andrew Bixler. He was brought before Justice Loew, yesterday, audjWaived examination. He was bound over to coart, bail bond $200. Before leaving the court room a warrant, charg* lag him with assault upon a 13-year-old sister of his wife, was served. To this charge he pleaded not guilty. His bond was fixed at $l,0i)0, pending his hearing, which will take placo before Justice Loew on Tuesday.
