Derward Ringo, Director of Planning for the city said the cost to annex the 28 residents into the city could run as high as $200,000 forwater, sewer, refuse, police and fire protection. The petition will be presented to the Plan Commission in September for their consideration.Allen have agreed to question five prospective jurors each day in the capital murder trial of Williams The jurors are being questioned in 54th State District Court where the trial will be held. Questioning is ex pected to take about three weeks before the 14 member panel is com pleted Two alternates will be select ed to hear the testimony, along with the regular 12 jurors. The trial is expected to last from one to two weeks.Scott Pederson and Karen Amos, Assistant District Attorneys and DA Vic Feazell are representing the state.Court appointed attorneys for Williams are Rick Bostwick and Walter Reaves.Pleas of 60 years, 40 years and 30 years have been offered to defense attorneys by the state but the defen dant has refused to accept any of them according to courthouse sources.
