Men Jailed In Winburne FireTwo Winburne men are in the Clearfield County Jail today charged with arson in connection with the burning of the old grist mill, a Winburne landmark, on June 30.State police from the Clearfield Substation said Jeffrey Lutz, 20, and Norman Leroy Fleck, 19, were arrested yesterday and arraigned before District Magistrate Stephen Prunella on the charge of arson.Unable to furnish $10,000 bail each, they were lodged in jail. Their hearing is scheduled for Tuesday at Centralized Magisterical Court in Clearfield.Firemen from several communities fought the early morning fire which destroyed the Mill, a part of the Winburne scene for almost one hundred years. It was formerly owned by the Nordstrom family but was presently owned by Mike Deliman of Winburne and John Deliman of Chester Hill.Loss was set at $10,000.
