Trucker Sentenced After AccidentMarion, Ind., July 31 (/P) — Henry Hardin, 67, Marion truck driver, was sentenced to one to five years in prison yesterday for an accident that claimed two lives.Hardin pleaded guilty to a reckless homicide charge in Grant County superior court. Mrs. Pearl Moore and Carol Paulette Brankle, three-month-old baby from Landess, Ind., died after the truck-auto collision July 21.Hardin, who was on parole from a life sentence for the death of a Marion woman, was also fined $1,000.
